2 bananas....
1/4 cup sugar...
1tb vanilla flavor...
2 cups of whole milk...
2tb flour..
pinch of salt.....
4 eggs..
add the vanillla at the end..you never want to cook the vanilla
add eggs , sugar, flour and milk and mix well..whisk all together on med heat for 6 minutes....while its cooking put one box of wafers on bottom of a bowl then cut up bananas in small slices and add the other box of wafers and put on top..go back to the pudding mixture and if it is too thick add a little more milk to loosen it and whisk it, now its time to pour it over the wafers...it has to be thin enough to get to the bottom of the bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
